Sara Poldmae has been practicing holistic health care since 1998, is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Maryland, and is nationally board-certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.  Sara earned her Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California.  Her training included over 3,000 hours in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Western Medicine Sciences.

Through her 14 years of practice in holistic health, Sara has bridged the gap between allopathic and complementary medicines.  Sara works closely with her patients’ team of physicians and other health care practitioners.  Her goal is to integrate traditional and alternative care in order to effectively maintain her patients’ lifelong health.

Sara opened Meadow Hill Wellness in West Annapolis in 2005 with a focus on merging Western and complementary healthcare.  Meadow Hill does this by offering safe, natural and effective health care from well qualified practitioners all under one roof.

Sara’s main areas of focus include women’s health, pain management, stress relief, internal medicine, pediatrics and learning disabilities.  She takes special joy in helping infertility patients in their quest to conceive.
