Acupuncture Regular Prices

For Individual Acupuncture Appointments (non-insurance)
• Initial Appointment (health history evaluation, treatment plan and first treatment):  $205
• Follow-up treatments:  $80

Insurance Coverage
We submit claims for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna insurance plans (acupuncture ONLY)!  Call the customer service number for your insurance company and ask if you have “acupuncture benefits.”  You may only have to pay a co-pay or co-insurance amount.  Individual plans vary, so make sure that you call so that you understand your own benefits!

Meadow Hill Wellness Cancellation Policy

Any missed appointment is the responsibility of the client.  For a same day call out we are charging half the price of the appointment, except in the case of an emergency.  For a no-show no-call we are charging the full amount of the appointment missed.  Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment 24 hours in advance.
