Dr. Sara Poldmae, L.Ac., DACM.

Untitled-1-(ZF-10048-58148-1-002)Dr. Sara Poldmae, Licensed Acupuncturist, has been practicing holistic health care since 1998.  Sara recently completed her Doctorate at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, where she earned her Masters degree many years ago.  Her training has included over 4,000 hours in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Western Medicine Sciences.

Through her 18 years of practice in holistic health, Sara has bridged the gap between Western and alternative medicines.  Sara works closely with her patients’ team of physicians and health care practitioners.  Her goal is to integrate traditional and holistic care in order to effectively maintain her patients’ lifelong health.

Sara opened Meadow Hill Wellness in 2005. Her main areas of focus are sleep disorders, women’s health issues, pain management and fibromyalgia.

In 2015, Sara launched, to help other Acupuncturists build successful practices in order to help more patients discover how amazing Acupuncture is!

Sara lives in Annapolis with her 12 year old daughter, their dogs and kitty. Sara enjoys road trips with her daughter, camping, hiking, surfing and refinishing furniture.

Lindsay Fox has been practicing alternative medicine for four years. She is a native to Maryland, receiving her Bachelors in Biology from Washington College and her Masters in Oriental Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Lindsay coaches her patients on all aspects of health, from their lifestyle to their diet. She also practices Chinese Herbal therapy in conjunction with her acupuncture treatments. She takes great joy in working with men and women who are trying to conceive naturally and/or undergoing Assisted Reproductive treatments through fertility centers, as well as any females suffering with menstrual disorders or menopause. Being an athlete herself, she enjoys working with athletes suffering with sports injuries and pain management. Some other issues that Lindsay commonly sees in her practice include: addiction, IBS, insomnia, depression, anxiety, arthritis, and stress management.

Lindsay currently lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, with her boyfriend and their lab, Hudson. Her hobbies include: hiking, running with Hudson, kayaking, and finding old pieces of furniture that she can restore to their former glory.


Molly Harbour Hutto, L.Ac.

Molly Harbour Hutto, L.Ac. is a board certified Diplomat of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College with over 3,000 hours of acupuncture and herbal training and a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine.
Molly uses both acupuncture and Chinese herbs to address her patients’ long-term and immediate health goals. She is skilled at treating women’s health concerns, pediatric issues, acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, autoimmune disorders, and depression and anxiety. Molly treats patients of all ages, has treated professional athletes for sports injuries, women for fertility and pregnancy concerns, and patients with chronic and terminal illness. Molly’s warm demeanor with patients and devotion to fully help them drives her patients towards living their lives at full potential with optimal health.
Prior to dedicating herself full time to the study of Chinese Medicine, Molly taught high school Spanish outside of Baltimore City for several years.
