Dr. Sara Poldmae, L.Ac., DACM.

Untitled-1-(ZF-10048-58148-1-002)Dr. Sara Poldmae, Licensed Acupuncturist, has been practicing holistic health care since 1998.  Sara recently completed her Doctorate at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, where she earned her Masters degree many years ago.  Her training has included over 4,000 hours in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Western Medicine Sciences.

Through her 20 years of practice in holistic health, Sara has bridged the gap between Western and alternative medicines.  Sara works closely with her patients’ team of physicians and health care practitioners.  Sara opened Meadow Hill Wellness in 2005, with the goal of integrating traditional and holistic care in order to effectively maintain her patients’ lifelong health.

Sara lives in Annapolis with her 15 year old daughter, her husband, their 3 dogs and kitty.                    Sara enjoys traveling  with her daughter, cooking, hiking,  and refinishing furniture.

 

 

 

img_8152(1)Dr. Lindsay Fox, DAOM, L.Ac.

Dr. Lindsay has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for the past 10 years. She graduated from Washington College with her B.S in Biology and then went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health. After completing her M.Ac, she took a two year graduate certificate course in Chinese Herbs and last year she finished her doctoral studies from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Part of Dr. Lindsay’s doctoral studies included shadowing a local reproductive endocrinologist at a fertility center and loves to combine Eastern medicine with Western fertility treatments. She provides researched based protocols to help increase conception rates among women undergoing fertility treatments. Besides fertility acupuncture, Dr. Lindsay especially enjoys treating any reproductive health concern including: pre and post natal care, PCOS, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, endometriosis, menopause, and many other hormone related disorders. Dr. Lindsay also provides acupuncture for cancer care, digestive disorders, insomnia and pain management. She lives on the Eastern shore with her husband, son, step-daughter and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys gardening, bee keeping, cooking and yoga. 

 

Felecia Baker, L.Ac. 

Felecia Baker is a licensed acupuncturist and graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). Felecia is passionate about empowering others by igniting the healing power within. Felecia enjoys listening deeply to patients and providing a comforting and supportive space for deep healing on a body, mind and spirit level. As part of her doctoral studies she provides acupuncture support in a collaborative hospital setting for oncology patients and supports patients in an integrative behavioral health clinic. Outside of the treatment room Felecia enjoys spending time in nature, eating delicious foods and traveling.
